About the event
Just when we think we've learnt to manage our emotions as adults, we become parents and have to relearn about ourselves and how to navigate parenthood and our children's emotions.
Conscious parenting is seen as letting go of our ego as parents, our desires and attachments, and thus focusing on our language, expectations and self-regulations.
Join us for Unit 1 A Relationship-based approach to parenting. Unit 1 explores our thinking processes as parents, our motivations, expectations and egos. We delve into understanding how to apply these thinking processes to day-to-day parenting.
