About the Course

Are you ready to break free from the cycle of frustration, anger, and disconnection that can come with parenting?

Are you tired of feeling like you're constantly at odds with your child?

Do you want to learn how to identify and overcome your own emotional triggers, so you can respond to your child with empathy and understanding?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this Conscious Parenting Course is for you.

As a parent, you want to provide the best possible upbringing for your child, but it's not always easy to know how to do that. The demands of modern life can leave us feeling stressed, disconnected, and at a loss for how to navigate the complex world of parenting.

In this course, conducted by Cascade TTL’s Associate Coach, Stephen Shum, you'll learn how to cultivate self-awareness, practice mindfulness, and develop empathy for your child's needs and emotions. By looking inwardly, you'll be able to create a strong foundation for building a deeper, more meaningful connection with your child. You'll learn how to communicate more effectively, set healthy boundaries, and practice positive techniques that prioritise teaching and guiding your child.

By the end of this 6-hour course, you'll leave with a deeper understanding of your child's behavior and needs, and a set of practical tools and strategies that you can use to strengthen your relationship and help your child thrive.
